How it works
Four simple steps from first hello to the last balloon packed away.
Consult
Fill out the inquiry form and Maja will reply within one business day to set up a call or meeting. We’ll talk about your event, your guests, the feeling you want and your budget.
Design
Maja creates a custom design concept with a colour palette, mood images and an itemised proposal. Once you approve it and pay your deposit, your date is locked in.
Style
We coordinate rentals, florals and balloons, then arrive before your guests to set up every piece.
Celebrate
You enjoy the party. When it’s over, we take everything down and leave the space as we found it.
When should I book?
For private parties and showers, we recommend booking [4 to 8 weeks] ahead. For fundraisers and galas, [3 to 6 months]. Last-minute? Check our availability. We’ll always try.
Frequently asked questions
How much does event styling cost?
Every event is custom-quoted based on your vision, guest count and budget. Share your budget range in the inquiry form and Maja will design the most impact for that amount.
Do you work with small budgets?
Yes. A smaller budget might mean one beautiful focal point, like a balloon garland and styled dessert table, instead of a full-room transformation.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and style events within about 50 miles, including Troy, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Novi, Ann Arbor and Detroit.
Do you do balloon installations?
Yes. Organic garlands, arches, columns and balloon walls are one of our specialities.
Do you provide rentals like linens, chairs and backdrops?
We coordinate rentals for you: sourcing, ordering, delivery timing and setup. [Note any pieces Maja owns.]
Is setup and teardown included?
Yes. We arrive before your guests to set up and return after the event to take everything down.
Do you style fundraisers and corporate events?
Yes. Maja has styled large-scale fundraisers and works with venue coordinators, committees and sponsors to keep everything on brand and on schedule.
How do I reserve my date?
Your date is held once you approve your proposal and pay a [X%] deposit. See our booking policy for details.
Can you work at my venue or home?
Absolutely. We style homes, backyards, banquet halls, country clubs, restaurants and event spaces.
What if I only need decor, not coordination?
No problem. Tell us what you need on the inquiry form and we’ll tailor the proposal.
